How do I know you will turn up on time?
I will confirm and remind you by text or landline the night before, that the car has been booked. First impressions last! Reliability, Trust and Reputation are the corner stone’s of the chauffeuring/taxis business .My business is my passion!

Is your car clean and smoke free?
Yes I clean my car once or twice a week, inside and out. I am a non smoker and never allow anyone to smoke in the car.

Are you used to dealing with babies and young children and do you have baby seats?
Yes! I am dealing with babies and children ALL the time and realise the care and attention they need. I have baby seats and boosters for the older ones.

Are you caring and patient? As I have elderly parents who travel long distances?
Yes. My oldest patient is ninety seven and she travels twice a year to Norfolk. We stop for coffee, lunch and toilet brakes and I always park in a convenient place and give her an arm to lean on! Making sure she arrives at her destination and/or home refreshed .Travel can be tiring but I try and make it as comfortable for my clients as possible.

How would you like to be paid?
Preferably cash, but I also accept cheque, all major credit and debit cards.

What happens if you already have a booking when I want to travel
I will arrange for a reliable friend of mine to pick you up. You will be given their phone number and rest assured you will recieve good service. All my drivers are carefully selected and are experienced and caring.
